Always check description before placing an order. It's not possible to have more than one active order for the same service on a particular link.

Partial Order — আংশিক অর্ডার

Partial Status is when we partially refund the remains of an order. No refill for partial orders.
Example: You bought an order with quantity 5,000 and charges $5. If we delivered 3,000 and couldn't deliver 2,000, we will "Partial" the order and refund you $2.
Cancel or Refund Policy — বাতিলের নিয়মাবলী

This is an automatic server; we are unable to cancel an order after you place it. If possible to cancel or refund your order it takes minimum 1–7 days.
Refill Policy — গ্যারান্টির নিয়মাবলী

The refill system works only when drop ratio is more than 10%. Refill requests must be made after 24 hours of completing an order. After receiving the refill request, it takes 1–7 days to complete.
What does "No Refill" mean? — নো রিফিল মানে কি?

No Refill Service means there is no refill acceptance for this service. Don't complain after ordering a no-refill service.

The completion time of auto payment methods depends on the network structure. After the payment process is completed, it will be automatically added to the BDSMMPANEL platform.
